Crowdence — Effective date: July 16, 2026 · Data deletion instructions

This Privacy Policy describes how Crowdence ("we", "us") processes personal data in connection with our internal business applications, including the application "IGDM Triage", which integrates with Meta Platforms services (Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional accounts, Messenger and the Meta Marketing API).

1. Who we are

Crowdence operates a portfolio of direct-to-consumer apparel brands (including Thundernoise, Catharsis, Nostalgic, Pit i Collons, FEM, Agobio and Holgers). For any privacy matter you can contact us at adrian@crowdence.com.

IGDM Triage is an internal tool used exclusively by our own team to manage the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and advertising accounts owned by Crowdence brands. It is not distributed to the general public. Through Meta's APIs it:

We do not collect data from users who do not interact with our Pages or accounts, we do not use the data for automated decision-making with legal effects, and we never sell personal data.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process message data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering customer inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a purchase is involved, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation and for customer-service history, and are deleted upon request.

5. Sharing and processors

Data is shared only with the service providers we use to run our infrastructure (hosting and messaging processors under data-processing agreements) and with Meta Platforms as the originating platform, subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with any other third party.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of these rights, email adrian@crowdence.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

7. Data deletion

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (including message history) at any time. See our data deletion instructions, or simply email adrian@crowdence.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
