Data Deletion Instructions

Crowdence — applies to the "IGDM Triage" application · Privacy Policy

If you have interacted with a Facebook Page or Instagram account operated by a Crowdence brand and want the personal data we hold about you (such as your message or comment history) to be deleted, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to adrian@crowdence.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the Instagram handle or Facebook name you used to contact us, and (optionally) the brand/page involved.
3. We will delete your data from our systems and confirm the deletion by reply within 30 days.

Note: this deletes the data stored in our systems. Your copy of the conversation on Instagram/Facebook is controlled by you and by Meta — you can delete it from your own account, and Meta's handling of it is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
